Anablepsis

An Existent

By The Eudemian

An entity which has existence extrinsically to its nature; and consequently can never be existence itself taken as an entity (viz., an essent).

E.g., a chair depends on its legs to exist; iron depends on an act ordering its molecules; a tree depends on its soul being educed out of matter; a material beings depends on matter which can receive its form; etc.
